Fresh chirimoya, also known as custard apple, is one of the most prized tropical fruits in the Andes. Its heart-shaped green skin hides soft, creamy white pulp with a sweet flavor often compared to a blend of banana, pineapple and vanilla.

Features

  • Creamy texture: Soft, custard-like pulp that is eaten with a spoon.
  • Sweet tropical flavor: Banana, pineapple and vanilla notes.
  • Sold each: Price shown is per fruit.

How to Enjoy

Let the fruit soften at room temperature until it yields to gentle pressure, then chill, cut in half and scoop out the pulp. Remove the black seeds, which are not edible.

From Inca Plant Nursery
